How these ratings are produced. The scores on this page and on each vendor listing are aggregated from public review platforms, principally Google reviews, alongside details each vendor publishes about product range, payment and shipping. We do not run independent laboratory tests and we do not verify lab certificates ourselves, so nothing here is a lab result or a safety guarantee.
Coverage is partial and we would rather say so: of the 266 vendors listed, 124 currently carry a rating and 70 carry a public review count. The rest are listed without one rather than given a placeholder score. Where a brand runs several locations it appears once per location, so the same name can show more than once.
