How It’s Used

Capsules are the entry point for many new kratom consumers. They are widely available from online vendors, smoke shops, specialty stores, and kava bars. Product listings typically state the capsule count, the amount of kratom per capsule, and the total weight per container.

When comparing capsule products, pay attention to the per-capsule weight, not just the capsule count. A bottle of 100 capsules at 0.5g each contains 50g total; 100 capsules at 0.7g each contains 70g, a meaningful difference despite the identical count. Also check whether the product is plain leaf or extract, as this dramatically affects potency and appropriate serving size.
